How long will it take my order to arrive?
Phone Cases: If you order any of our phone cases, all shipments are usually delivered within 3--7 business days. You might experience a few extra days in shipping timelines if you're located in Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
Save The Sea T-Shirt: If you order any of our phone cases, all shipments are usually delivered within 8-11 business days. You might experience a few extra days in shipping timelines if you're located in Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
Remember that items might not arrive at the same time!
How can I track my orders?
As soon as the order ships, we will send a confirmation email and share the tracking number and tracking information that allows you to track your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for this to arrive in your inbox after purchase of in-stock items!
Can I cancel or change my order once it is placed?
If you notice any errors in your order or would like to make changes/cancel please contact us as soon as possible (Subject: Cancel order) or click into the chat icon, so we can process your cancel order before the order ships out! After the order has been fulfilled you won't be able to cancel, sorry ☹ we hope you understand.
How do return my case and get an exchange/refund if my Mambú case is not what I expected?
Change your mind? Need a different size or colour? Is the product damaged? At Mambú we know how it sucks when a product doesn’t meet your expectations, that is why we offer a 60 days timeframe to ask for a return or exchange!
To process your exchange or refund we will need you to contact us (Subject: Exchange or Refund) and send us your order and zip code. Do not forget to add what product you would like in exchange if this is the option you are opting for.
Are there any fees for returns or exchanges?
Most returns and exchanges can be done free of charge. However, if you choose to receive a refund to your original form of payment, there will be a $5 processing fee.
What happens if my product never arrives?
If your case is well outside the estimated delivery window (21 - 25 business days from the time you were notified of shipment) this package is considered lost/stolen, and we will reissue a second package asap. We may ask for a different shipping address if we do not feel like a second attempt will reach you.
Please double-check your address when ordering to avoid any errors that will cause lost or stolen packages or a return to sender situation. Do not be afraid to contact us!
Before reading our policies, please remind that our Save The Sea Collection is made on-demand to maximize the profit generated for the NGOs we work for. However, this means that some delivering issue are outside our scope. We constantly work to not transfer any extra cost caused by cancellations, exchanges, returns and lost items to our customers but keep in mind that profit per item for the NGOs can be lower if these problems happened.
